Strategic HR Consultant

Job Description:
HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Strategic HR Consultant to join our team. As a Strategic HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our HR strategy forward and ensuring it remains aligned with our business objectives.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR solutions that meet our business needs. Your expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development will be essential in achieving our goals.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an HR Generalist role and hold CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualifications. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to deal with complex employee relation issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development
- Deal with and resolve complex employee relation issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Train managers on employment law
