Clinical Training Fellowship

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Training Fellow to join our team of Gastroenterology Consultants at the University Hospital of North Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regional centre for Upper GI Cancer, including Hepatobiliary and Colorectal Cancer, as well as non-transplant Hepatology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Skills and independent competence in diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy
  • Experience in basic ERCP
  • Knowledge of changes occurring in NHS as a whole and its impact on specialty work

The post holder will also be involved in the GI bleed rota at Stoke and have exposure to advanced procedures like spy cholangioscopy and therapeutic EUS including EUS guided biliary drainage and vascular therapy.
