As an Early Years Education Specialist with Austin Fraser, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of young children in our nursery settings. Based in Sutton Coldfield, this position requires someone with a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. You'll work closely with the Nursery Lead to design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of children, from physical and emotional development to social and cognitive growth.
  2. In this role, you'll be expected to adapt your approach to meet the unique requirements of children with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities, ensuring they receive tailored support and inclusive opportunities.
  3. Regular observations and assessments of children's progress will help inform your teaching practices, enabling you to provide targeted feedback and contribute to ongoing assessment and planning.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A strong educational background, preferably with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent, is essential for this role.
  2. Familiarity with the EYFS framework and its key components, including the principles, goals, and standards, is critical for success in this position.
  3. Experience working with children with SEN or disabilities in an early years setting would be highly beneficial.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  5. Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team to support children's learning and development are also vital.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
