We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children across nursery classes, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development. Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
  • Provide individualized support to children with additional needs
  • Liaise with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

To be successful in this role, you will require a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent) and relevant experience working in an Early Years setting. A clean DBS on the update service and references from past employers are also essential. We value strong communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and a passion for working with children.
