Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Support Professional to join our team at Aspire People, working in Nurseries around Brownhills with children who have suspected additional needs.

About the Role

This term-time only position involves providing individualized support and assistance to all children in the Nursery. The successful candidate will also support the students' academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized support and assistance to all children in the Nursery.
  2. Support the students' academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
  3. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate the students' learning style and abilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (or ratio equivalent).
  2. Previous experience working within a Nursery.
  3. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the students and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  4. Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources for supporting individual students.
  5. Relevant qualifications in education or teaching assistant roles are desirable but not essential.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
