Transaction Advisory Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Transaction Advisory Services team as a Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial due diligence projects, including overseeing day-to-day progress and delivering high-quality transaction advice to clients.
- Create an environment where team members can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
- Manage client relationships, taking ownership of commercial and risk management.
- Help the team adopt new tools and approaches, such as data analytics.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the business through client development, relationship management, and operational improvement.
- Contribute to the growth and development of team members through people management, learning and development, and recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of transaction services.
- Previous experience of managing teams.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
