We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Transaction Advisory Services team as a Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial due diligence projects, including overseeing day-to-day progress and delivering high-quality transaction advice to clients.
  • Create an environment where team members can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
  • Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
  • Manage client relationships, taking ownership of commercial and risk management.
  • Help the team leverage new tools and approaches, such as data analytics.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the business through client development, relationship management, and operational improvement.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of team members through people management, learning and development, and recruitment.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of transaction services.
  • Previous experience in managing teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous development.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
