Transaction Advisory Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Director to join our Corporate Finance team at BDO UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our Transaction Services business, as well as developing and mentoring our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial due diligence projects, including overseeing day-to-day progress and driving the delivery of quality transaction advice to our clients.
- Create environments in which our people can thrive, supporting their development and progression.
- Work across multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing clients and teams effectively.
- Manage client relationships, taking ownership of commercial and risk management.
- Help our team to use new tools and approaches, such as data analytics.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the business through identifying and developing client opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and delivering pitches and presentations to win work and grow our brand.
- Help our people to thrive through involvement in activities such as people management, learning and development, and recruitment.
- Good working knowledge of transaction services.
- Previous experience of managing teams.
- Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to continuous development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
