Job Title: Support Worker - Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Young People

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centred support to 10 unaccompanied asylum seeking young people in a 24-hour supported accommodation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a tailored support package to meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to young people in developing skills required to settle into a new area, overcome barriers, and learn skills towards independence.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain and develop the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
