We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in Buxton. You will be responsible for providing a seamless service to ensure our property operation works are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored for trade persons and external contractors.

  1. Manage the schedule of the responsive and planned works service in accordance with agreed performance standards.
  2. Perform to high customer service standards within the team to deliver timely and quality services to customers.
  3. Report into the Senior Planner and work within the Planning team to provide an effective service and identify ways of improving service.

Key Skills

  • General understanding of Call Centre systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience of dealing with external and internal customers preferably within a social Housing environment.
  • Knowledge of the risks and hazards associated with asbestos and working with asbestos containing materials (ACMs).
