Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team at our brand-new Stevenage Electric Forecourt. As a key member of our Forecourt Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our sustainable energy solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that brand standards and customer service levels are achieved and maintained at the highest standards.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation into GRIDSERVE Car Leasing through customer engagement and knowledge of our products.
- Team Collaboration: Attend regular team briefings to stay aligned with all current promotions and products.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an awesome customer experience by showcasing electric vehicles at the UK's First Electric Forecourt.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Be knowledgeable and maintain a customer-centric environment, which helps demystify the barriers of electric vehicles and provides a space where customers can learn and reflect on the benefits of electric vehicles.
- Facility Utilization: Maximise facility utilisation and drive GRIDSERVE brand advocacy.
- Technology Integration: Use in-store technology on new vehicle leasing processes to make this process seamless, fast, and enjoyable for customers.
- Compliance: Adhere to all licensing laws and company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year's customer service experience within a retail, leisure, or hospitality environment.
- Enthusiasm and Passion: Be enthusiastic, determined, and passionate about the customer experience with 1st-class standards.
- Communication Skills: Have the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicles: A knowledge of electric vehicles is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided. However, a passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and putting the planet first is a must.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Be a team player, innovative with sound judgement and solutions-driven.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to work a range of early/late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
