We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team in East Lothian. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and the elderly in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance and encouragement to service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic tasks.
  • Work in partnership with Health and Social Care professionals to deliver individual care plans and support service users to achieve their goals.
  • Respond sensitively and flexibly to the needs of service users, working both individually and as part of a team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with service users and their families.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Health and Social Care Partnership setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and empathetic nature, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
