About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to achieve their potential and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with service users to develop and implement individually tailored support plans
  • Provide a range of recovery-focused support through key working sessions, enabling individuals to gain new skills and promote long-term recovery
  • Manage a small caseload and contribute to the day-to-day running of the service
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and its users
