About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to achieve their potential and live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with service users to develop individually tailored support plans, focusing on key working and recovery-focused support. You will work flexibly to manage your own caseload and contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.

The service operates 24/7, with a rota consisting of day, evening, and waking night shifts, including alternate weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering person-centred support and making a real difference in the lives of our service users.

About the Service

Angel Lace is a supported living service that provides support to individuals with complex needs, including dual diagnoses, legal restrictions, and a history of drug and/or alcohol use. Our service is designed to promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.
