About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Communications Specialist to join our team at Cpl Life Sciences. As a Medical Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for driving excellence and high quality across all stages of the project cycle, ensuring that projects are delivered within given timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across a variety of projects, ranging from publications and medical affairs through to internal communications, adboards, events, and thought leadership.
  • Participating in, and at times leading, client calls/meetings, providing regular project updates and reports on project status.
  • Mentoring and coaching other junior team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of medical communications agency experience within Client Services.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of working on projects from initial kick-off through to delivery.
  • The ability to confidently engage with clients and thought leaders, with experience of acting as a Lead on accounts.
