About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant. As a key member of our domestic staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas, including high dusting, damp dusting, and vacuuming floors daily
  • Deep cleaning of areas and equipment to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Working collaboratively with the domestic team to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good general education at GCSE level or equivalent
  • Knowledge of manual handling and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, ward staff, and the domestic team
