We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Marine Engineer to join our team at Ayesa in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing marine structures, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-10 years of industry experience in marine civil engineering, with a strong understanding of port and harbour operations, marine environmental issues, and constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marine design teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered or near chartered status with the ICE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in marine civil engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of BS 6349, Eurocodes, and related marine guidance.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package: £90,000 - £125,000 per annum.
