Marine Structures Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineering Manager to lead our marine structures project team in the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in civil engineering or similar with experience in marine civil engineering, and be chartered or near chartered with the ICE or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include developing and supporting junior engineers, ensuring all marine designs are in accordance with set standards, and monitoring processes and results to ensure compliance with safety, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves managing all work in compliance with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS) and contributing to business development and growth.
