Job Title: Early Careers Strategy Lead

Mclaren Racing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the development and implementation of our Early Careers Strategy. This strategy aims to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of our talent pipeline, while fostering a high-performance culture within and across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop a comprehensive Early Careers Strategy aligned with the organisation's overall business objectives.
    • Identify and address gaps in our current early careers initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition plan to attract high-calibre candidates from top universities and training organisations.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, training providers, and industry partners.
  • Program Management:
    • Design and deliver engaging and impactful early careers programs that foster professional development and skill acquisition.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyse data on early careers initiatives, including recruitment metrics, program outcomes, and employee retention.
    • Provide insightful reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate the value of early careers programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and early careers strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Passion for developing talent and creating a positive employee experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including universities, training providers, and industry partners.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annumAbout Us:

The MTC is a sustainable campus with many facilities, including a gym, restaurant and break-out areas, as well as direct access to park and common land. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride. We offer hybrid working with 3 days a week based in the MTC.
