Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom Academics Ltd Full time

Seeking an Early Career Primary Education Professional to join our vibrant primary school in the Woking area as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time role perfect for graduates or career changers looking to build hands-on experience in a nurturing school environment.

We are committed to supporting your professional growth and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience ahead of pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE. Our supportive staff and leadership team are dedicated to your development, providing a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and shaping their futures. Previous experience in a school or with children is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are excited about beginning their teaching journey.

This position involves working with small groups or one-to-one to support pupils with their learning, gaining firsthand experience in classroom management and lesson planning, and assisting with creative activities that foster a positive learning environment.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. If you're passionate about making a real impact in the classroom and starting a rewarding career in primary education, we'd love to hear from you.
