Graduate Technical Safety and Environmental Engineer

We are seeking innovative Graduate Technical Safety and Environmental Engineers to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Safety and Environmental Engineer, you will work on energy security and transition projects, including plastics recycling, LNG, Ammonia, Hydrogen production, Refineries, and oil/gas processing plants.

You will utilize software like PHAST and Flaresim for consequence modeling, participate in key safety reviews, design safety systems, develop safety specifications, and manage safety actions. As you gain experience, you will work on larger and more complex safety designs.

This two-year graduate program offers tailored career development plans, exposure to cutting-edge projects, and opportunities to work abroad. You will be mentored by industry-leading engineers and become part of a global network of professionals.

The role includes rotations across various projects and departments to broaden your skills. You will also have access to the KBR IMPACT network, which promotes new professionals and organizes social activities across all locations.

Competitive salary: $85,000 per annum, with benefits including healthcare, pension, and flexible working options. A supportive and inclusive work environment celebrates diversity of thought and innovation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or Science (typically Chemical Engineering), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovative engineering solutions.
