About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our Executive team as Associate Director of Science and Technology. This is a key strategic role that will shape the future of our marine research and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading complex programmes and teams, with a deep understanding of ocean science and technology. They will be able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive innovation and growth, while ensuring the highest standards of research integrity and ethics.

The Associate Director will work closely with our research groups and stakeholders to identify opportunities for new funding and partnerships, and will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with industry, government, and academic partners.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the ocean and its potential to drive positive change. They will have a strong vision for the future of our organisation and be able to inspire and motivate our team to achieve their goals.

About You
