About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our Executive team as Associate Director of Science and Technology. This is a key strategic role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organisation and driving our research and innovation agenda.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading large-scale research programmes and teams, with a deep understanding of the ocean science landscape and a proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

As Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading our research and innovation efforts, developing and implementing new initiatives, and building partnerships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of our research strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with our organisational goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about ocean science and has a strong track record of leadership and innovation. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and improving outcomes, we would love to hear from you.

About You
