Job Title: Dementia Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team as a Dementia Companion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in Yarm and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for the same client's week in, week out, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits every time, ensuring consistent and reliable support.
  • Same consistent working times, every single week, with no waiting for a rota.
  • No experience needed, as full training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
  • Flexible hours based on your availability, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • Holiday pay and a competitive hourly rate, ranging from £13.00 to £20.00 per hour.
