Join Our Team as a Dementia Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Support Specialist. As a member of our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in Yarm and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and reliable support to clients with dementia, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Deliver minimum 1-hour visits, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they need.
  • Work flexible hours based on your availability, with a consistent schedule to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and confidence in caring for clients with dementia.
  • Enjoy a competitive hourly rate, ranging from £13.00 to £20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
