About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Uniform Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational team to provide a nurturing and effective learning environment for students with autism and special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching support to students, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience working with children.
  • Degree-level qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for special education and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching support.

Salary: £28,000 per annum.
