Learning Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to students, ensuring they understand the material being taught.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation and promoting good behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to discuss progress and any concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional assistance.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
