Teaching Specialist

As a Teaching Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and maintaining teaching strategies, contributing to the college's outreach and liaison work, and participating in professional development. You will also be expected to deliver high-quality teaching and support to students, assess student progress, and prepare progress reports.
The ideal candidate should have an appropriate degree, an endorsed teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards it, and Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. Experience in teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and providing pastoral support is also essential. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer for this role.
