Role OverviewAs a Senior Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for both physical and mental health needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct personal care and interventions to patients/service users, coordinating care delivered by colleagues.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid NMC registration and 6-12 months post-registration experience in Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
In addition to a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, we offer:
