Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at DO & CO's London Heathrow airline catering division. This role will be pivotal in steering our financial strategy, directly influencing the growth and success of our business unit's budget.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals. You will serve as a commercial contact and strategic partner, providing financial expertise and collaborating with operations to optimize catering production, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with operations to optimize catering production, logistics, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide financial expertise and support to commercial teams to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master's in business administration (MBA) or qualifications such as CFA or CIMA would be highly desirable.
  • Experience in finance roles and production environments with a proven record and strong analytical skills paired with a high affinity for numbers.
  • Prior experience in the catering, hospitality, or food and beverage industry with an understanding of the specific financial and operational dynamics of the sector.
  • Exceptional IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of database management, ERP systems, Microsoft Navision, Oracle Essbase, and Power BI would be a plus.
  • Fluency in English, exhibiting strong communication skills and assertiveness.
