Electrical Shift Engineer

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Electrical Shift Engineer to join our team in Tottenham Court Road, Central London.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established maintenance provider renowned for their prestigious contracts. They believe in promoting staff internally and are looking to add a strong Shift Engineer to their team.

Job Description

This role involves working within a shift team and progressing throughout the company while liaising with the Site Supervisor/Manager. You will be part of an engineering team on a pharmaceutical HQ contract responsible for:

  • Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Liaising with colleagues and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems within the building.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A background in electrical installations, preferably with NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds level 2/3 certification.
  2. Experience working in a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
  3. Strong building services knowledge and at least three years' experience in Building Maintenance/Mechanical Engineering.
  4. Competitive salary paying up to £54,000 per annum.

Salary: approximately £48-£54k pa depending on experience. Location: Central London (Tottenham Court Road).
