**Requirements:**

  • Four years of customer service and/or retail experience, at least one year in a leadership role.">
  • Proven ability to coach and develop a strong team.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.">
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.">
