Ktpws Workshop Coordination Role

We are seeking an experienced workshop coordinator to lead our Fleets workshop team at Ktpws in Bishopbriggs. This is a key role that involves coordinating and developing the team to provide excellent customer service and meet SLAs and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the day-to-day activities, organisation, and administration of the workshop.
  • Coordinating and developing the team to improve service delivery and minimise operational risk through effective management of operational control systems, competent resources, and operational planning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with operational control systems and resource planning.
