Key Responsibilities
  • Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Managing inventory levels and visual presentation standards to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements
  • Four years of customer service and/or retail management experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (7am - 10pm), which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
