About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge control system projects and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in delivering complex control system projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement software and test procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, participating in design meetings and managing project timelines.
  • Participate in project development, commissioning, and troubleshooting, with opportunities for international project work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing PLC and SCADA software for major manufacturers.
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols, fault finding, and network configurations.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce high-quality written documents.
  • Experience in control and automation projects across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate-level education with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in process control, safety, or automation systems/applications.
