Theatre in Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced theatre in education leader to join our team. As a theatre in education leader, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive theatre sessions to children across London.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated Salary: £35 - £45 per hour session. The starting rate is £35 for Building Blocks and £40 for our other clubs.

We offer a range of benefits, including full training, all teaching materials and lesson plans provided, and opportunities for professional development.

Job Description

You will work with a team of experienced educators to deliver theatre sessions that inspire creativity and confidence in children. You will be required to commit to teaching at least one weekly hour session.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive theatre sessions to children.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement theatre programs.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of educational content.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in drama or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in a drama or education setting.
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
