About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our play and youth programs, providing care and support to disabled children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise all aspects of on-the-day care of children and young people, including administration of medication
  • Liaise with line managers and Head of Service regarding any issues that require support
  • To manage staff while being a role model for excellent play and youth work
  • To deliver schemes in accordance with Challengers systems, policies, and procedures

Salary: £15.44 Per Hour
