We are looking for a Product Growth Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.

About the Role

You will work closely with our product development team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with our product development team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.

Prior experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs and presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives are also desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
