About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Living Spaces. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional lettings management service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting managed properties for pre and post move checks, undertaking inventories, and arranging necessary works with contractors;
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth property transactions;
  • Managing repairs and maintenance, working closely with our lettings team;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional administration, organizational, and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages;
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and meeting client needs;
  • A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,861 per annum, plus commission, and a range of benefits including 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 25 days after 2 years of service.
