The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef de Partie within a branded hotel environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be passionate about delivering the best possible standards in food and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high food safety standards.
  • Support the hotel in achieving its food cost of sale KPI.
  • Contribute to menu development in line with brand standards and food trends.
