We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stockroom Operations Associate to join our team at NEXT.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced store team where your top priority will be to locate, pack, and promptly process stock, ensuring it's beautifully presented to our customers.
You will be responsible for accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, which includes locating, packing, and promptly transferring stock in and out of store.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet deadlines to always deliver to our customers at the promised time and keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
You will also work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service to our customers.
About You:
We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient – even on their busiest days. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
You will take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication. You should be happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets.
In addition, you should be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
We offer amazing benefits, including a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
