Role Title - Retail Assistant -

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working
