About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with the host management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up promotional displays and maintaining store fixtures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a full valid UK driving license.
