Job Title: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, free jewellery, flexible working hours, and no weekend working. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a flexible job that you can work around your other needs, we encourage you to apply.

You will be based in Ashton Moss/Denton and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.

Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore, we are unable to authorise any leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying.
