WhereToTalk is seeking a dedicated Health and Support Services Manager to lead their Health and Wellbeing Department. As a part-time Wellbeing Counsellor, you will provide confidential psychological support and counselling to individuals within the organisation, while also contributing to the development, promotion, and review of initiatives for managing health at work.

Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering proactive programmes, collaborating with colleagues and managers, and exploring options to enhance employee wellbeing. The successful candidate will possess a qualification in either counselling or psychotherapy, with experience of providing psychological support in an organisational setting being an advantage.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday entitlement, staff support networks, and access to onsite health and wellbeing services, you will also receive discounts at major retailers and membership of Unison.
