Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Dundee, Scotland. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure excellent guest service and high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Oversee and manage the Front of House area, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest care, including responding to guest complaints and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House, including stock control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as designated by Operations Manager due to business demands.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry.
- Demonstrated experience in guest service management.
- Extensive guest care knowledge.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Financial management skills.
