Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant and Bars Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
  • Deliver a high level of service to all our guests, ensuring a smooth running of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, as well as room service
  • Maximise revenue through first-class service and establishing rapport with guests
  • Manage the team to ensure customer service standards are met and customer enquiries are dealt with
  • Be responsible for the opening and closing of the Restaurant and Bar
  • Take responsibility for stock taking
  • Assist with recruiting and training employees
  • Deliver the highest standards in service and presentation
  • Assist with payroll, employee scheduling, and administration

About You

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who has a real passion for food and drink, and who can deliver excellent standards. You will have a customer service attitude, be able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage, and be responsible for the opening and closing of the Restaurant and Bar. You will also have a willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
