Aon is a global professional services firm that helps clients make better decisions. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Executive Team in London, providing Level I & II technology support to our VIP colleagues and their personal assistants.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software related problems with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals. You will strive to achieve the highest level of customer service while supporting and developing corporate computing needs.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships within the business at all levels.

The Executive Support team is essential to the success of all Aon entities within London, the UK, and the wider EMEA region. This is a chance to support our EXEC Team based in our London office in the City of London.

A normal day will involve responsible for providing both Level I & II Technology Support to the Aon VIP colleagues and their personal assistants. Provide professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software related problems with their desktops, laptops, mobile devices, or peripherals. Strives to achieve the highest level of customer service while supporting and developing corporate computing needs.

An opportunity to work within a great team supporting our Execs within London primarily but also remotely across EMEA and the globe. Support colleagues from abroad and from time to time support them face to face at conferences and shows both home and abroad supporting cutting edge technology.

Technically proficient you will provide world class customer focused IT support, develops and maintains relationships within the business, at all levels. Excellent communication both technical and non-technical is key.
