About the Role
">Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in administration?
We are currently seeking an Administration Clerk to join our Traffic Enforcement Team, where you will play a vital role in processing and administering various Police Officer issued offence notices.
Able to work efficiently in a team environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, you will be responsible for dealing with large volumes of correspondence and telephone calls from members of the public, courts and colleagues.
In addition, you will ensure that statutory notices are issued within the legal time limit, using dedicated IT software.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,300 - £29,500 per annum (based on 37 hours per week).
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and administer various Police Officer issued offence notices.
- Deal with correspondence and telephone calls from members of the public, courts and colleagues.
- Ensure statutory notices are issued within the legal time limit.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
