Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Nationwide Platforms remains a market leader in powered access solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a sales and operational environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Driving license and IPAF license (desirable).
